Rule Change Proposals
RCP's will be due to the Club Presidents before their September Board Meeting. All rule change proposals must be submitted on the official RCP form and typed. All RCP's need to be discussed and voted on at the September Board Meeting so they can be forwarded to the Regional Director by the September 15th deadline. Now is your chance to be heard -- if you have an idea on how to make racing better or safer for our kids this is the time to submit your idea for an RCP.

Nominations for Regional Board of Directors Positions
All positions are up for renewal on the Regional Board. We are looking for members to run for the offices of Regional Director, Assistant Regional Director, Secretary, Treasurer, Safety, Publicity and Tech. All positions hold a two year term. If you are interested in a Regional position or you would like to nominate someone for a position please submit their name to our Regional Secretary Danielle Pollitt at: MislandJeff@aol.com. All nominees must send a resume to the QMA office and the National Secretary postmarked by October 15th of each year. If you are unsure and would like to find out more about what is involved in serving on the Regional Board please contact one of the current Regional Board members. Thanks!
