MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR
Region 13 Members I would like to welcome all of our returning members to the 2009 Season. Thank you to the New Smyrna club for the spectacular 500 event, the weather was perfect and the car count was 145.
The Mid-Florida club is still working through details for their future track.
We will be saying good bye to our Tampa Bay Club for the 2009 Season. We would like to wish them luck with there future endeavors.
I would like to introduce the 2009 Regional Board. P.J. Sozio is your Assistant Regional Director, Charlene Sozio is your Treasurer, and your Safety Director will be Danny Cyr. I am looking forward to the 2009 racing season.

TIER 3 FLYWHEEL
Effective January 1, 2009 you must run the new Tier III flywheel (Part # 31100-ZEO-020). The new Tier III magnet on the flywheel is black in color. The QMA offset key will no longer be legal in the 120 Tier III engines.
